NOVA FLUX

Terms of sale

Last updated: 16 July 2026

Article 1: Purpose

These terms of sale govern the chauffeured passenger transport (VTC) services offered by NOVA FLUX (SAS), SIREN 103 359 733, registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, operating under the trade name "NOVA FLUX" (hereafter "NOVA FLUX"). Any booking constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Article 2: Pricing

The ride price is calculated on the actual road distance of the trip, at a rate of €2 all taxes included per kilometre, with a minimum charge of €20 all-inclusive per ride. The round-trip option doubles the billed distance.

The total price is quoted to the customer before the booking is confirmed and recalculated by our servers at the time of the order. It is firm and final: traffic jams, detours or reasonable waiting at the pickup point do not result in any surcharge.

Article 3: Booking and payment

Booking is made online, at least one hour before the requested pickup time. It becomes final once the form is submitted: the driver is notified immediately by text, and the customer receives a confirmation email with the booking reference.

No payment is required online. Payment is made on board the vehicle, for the exact amount quoted at booking, by card or cash.

Article 4: Cancellation

The customer may cancel their booking free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup, by contacting NOVA FLUX (phone, text or email) with their booking reference. Since no payment is taken online, no refund procedure is necessary.

If the customer is not present at the pickup point after 20 minutes of waiting (60 minutes at an airport, 30 minutes at a station) without prior cancellation, NOVA FLUX reserves the right to decline the customer's future bookings.

If NOVA FLUX cancels (driver unavailability, breakdown), the customer is informed immediately and a replacement solution is offered as a priority.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services provided on a specific date.

Article 5: Performance of the service

The driver arrives at the agreed place and time. Arrival times at the destination are given as an indication and depend on traffic conditions. The customer must respect the vehicle and safety rules; the driver may refuse to carry any person who is visibly intoxicated or behaving dangerously, without refund.

Article 6: Liability

NOVA FLUX is insured for the paid transport of passengers. Its liability cannot be engaged for delays caused by external factors (exceptional traffic, severe weather, force majeure) nor for items left in the vehicle, which are nonetheless kept for 30 days and returned on request.

Article 7: Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution or mediation (see legal notice), any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Paris courts, subject to the consumer-protection provisions of the French Consumer Code allowing the consumer to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
